What is the cheapest budget a feature-length independent feature could probably get by on? I feel as though I could do one on a couple hundred dollars, but when I hear people talk about low-budget, they usually mean around the $10,000 and $20,000 range. That just doesn't seem low to me. It seems things could really be done much lower, if it is a simple story that doesn't require much. Yes? Yes? No?
